- Please order carefully, all sales are final.
- Items that arrive missing from package, damaged or defective due to handling/manufacturing error on our part will qualify for exchange free of charge. Must be approved before returning.

- Your pre-orders will be shipped out on the date that the item is set to be sold.
- If we are out of stock for an item on sale/clearance, rainchecks will not be available due to the possibility of stock not being replenished.
- For marketing purposes, we may send you notices and correspond with you about products and special offers.
- We do try our best to keep your information secure, however, we encourage you to use caution when using the internet. This includes not sharing your passwords. We keep personal information as long as it is necessary or relevant for the practices described in this policy and as otherwise required by law.
